1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on our platform are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed, whether it is a full payment or a token/advance amount.
2. Live Workshop & Course Access

We provide access to live-only sessions unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Recordings, replays, or missed sessions will not be shared later unless stated clearly before purchase.
3. Digital Nature of Products
As our offerings are digital (courses, templates, PSDs, actions, etc.), returns are not applicable. Once delivered/accessed, these items cannot be taken back or exchanged.
4. Exceptions (if any)
Only in rare cases such as duplicate payments or technical failures, refund may be considered. In such cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours with valid proof.
